1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return your product under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product is returned in the original packaging with tags intact.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized turbans
• Clearance sale items
• Turban Not Return In case of pikko applied.
• Products damaged due to improper use

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping charges.
• For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will:

1. Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
2. Process the refund within 5-7 business days after approval.

Refund Options:

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit for future purchases.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photographs of the item and packaging for verification.
• We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be entertained as the order might already be processed.
