• We currently deliver across Woldwide, with a special focus on Punjab and nearby states.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days for most cities in India.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.
• We strive to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural events, or logistical challenges.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking ID via email.
• You can use this ID to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website or app.

5. Packaging

• All orders are carefully packed to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.

6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our support team
• For missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Undeliverable Packages

• In cases where packages are undeliverable (e.g., incomplete address, incorrect contact information), we will notify you and provide a resolution.
